(3) To not misrepresent my qualifications and skills.

(4) To acknowledge my limitations, skills and abilities and refer clients to appropriate health professionals when necessary.

(5) To conduct myself with honesty and integrity, and to respect the inherent worth of all individuals.

(6) To clearly disclose policies and fees, if any, in advance of services rendered.

(7) To safeguard and respect the confidentiality of the provider-client relationship, unless disclosure is compelled by law or necessary to protect the safety of others.

(8) To respect the right of any client to refuse, modify or terminate services regardless of any prior consent to the contrary.

(9) To provide draping and service sufficient to meet the client's needs for comfort and privacy.

(10) To avoid conflicts with the duty to act in the best interest of the client.

(11) To respect the client's boundaries with regard to privacy, disclosure, emotional expression and beliefs. 

(12) To respect the client's reasonable expectations of professional behavior whenever offering/providing professional services.
